FAQ

  • What are your shipping destinations and delivery times?

    France: 2–4 business days

    Europe: 3–7 business days

    Rest of the World: 5–10 business days
    Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. A tracking number is sent once dispatched.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Can I return or exchange an item?

    Yes. You may return or exchange any unused, unworn item in its original packaging with all tags and labels, within 30 days of delivery.

    Exchanges are strictly for changes in size or color of the same item. For a different item, please arrange a return and place a new order.

  • How do I request a return or exchange?

    1. Log into your account and select the order.

    2. Choose the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

    3. Repack the item with original packaging, tags, and RAN.

    4. Use the prepaid return label we provide to ship it back.

  • Can I return items in person?

    If you're located near Paris, you may visit our studio. Bring your order confirmation and the item in its original condition with all tags. A DIMA LADINA team member will assist you or arrange shipment on your behalf.

  • What if the item is damaged or faulty?

    Notify us within 7 days of receipt. We'll assess the issue and offer repair, exchange, or refund, including return shipping costs.

  • How long until I receive a refund?

    Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
